Human right to health - health rights On April 7, 1948, the
United Nations declared that health for all is the right of every human being.
Humans have got the right to maintain good health like all
other rights. Some matters were done at the national and international level in
this regard.

1. right to health - Declaration of Human Rights: 1948 - The
United Nations published the Declaration of Human Rights. Article no. 25 it is
clarified that,
Every person in the world needs to maintain a proper
standard of living for her health and for the good of her family and having
proper diet for good health is necessary and it is the right of every person.
2. right to health - Women's right to health: In the 12th
article of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, all the differences about
women have been eliminated, and women have been agreed to have the same right
to health as men.

3. Children's Right to Health - As they become older,
children also have the right to obtain high-quality healthcare.
There are following provisions regarding it.
1. Reduction in infant mortality rate.
2. To provide medical services to all children.
3. To implement appropriate prenatal and postnatal health
programs for mothers.
4. Developing health preventive measures.
5. Psychiatric patients and their rights to health - Like
all other persons, psychiatric patients should have the right to health.
They are entitled to medical care and physical therapy
techniques for that reason. Appropriate instruction, training, recuperation,
and direction are necessary. Disability rights in terms of health The disabled
must be granted their rights to health care, just like everyone else.
The entitlement to health The following are the rights.
1. Health-related, medical, psychological, etc. the right to
