We have already seen coconut rice, and today we are going to see a special dish for Coconut Full Moon, Coconut Burfi.


Materials:

1 desiccated coconut (take white coconut)

2 cups of sugar

ghee

Cardamom powder


Action:

1) Take 2 to 3 spoons of ghee in a pan.
When the ghee is hot, add the desiccated coconut.

2) Saute a little on low flame. After 4-5 minutes add sugar and saute. Gradually the sugar will start to melt, add half a teaspoon of cardamom powder to it and gradually the mixture will start to thicken.


3) Grease a plate with ghee pour this mixture into it and spread it a little thick.

7) While the mixture is still hot, roll the loaves gently with a spoon.


Tip:

1) Once the mixture cools down, separate the Burfi.
