The sweet tangy oily and ghee flavor of snacks cannot be relished by those whose diet is running water so today's recipe is specially for dieters and kids will love this quick sugar-free recipe Dates Ladoo.
Materials:
1 cup dates seeded (coarsely removed in a mixer)
1/2 cup of almonds, pistachios, cashew nuts
1/2 cup grated dry coconut, roasted pink
1 tbsp ghee
1 teaspoon of poppy seeds
Action:
1) Take out the seeds of the dates and grind them coarsely in a mixer. Heat ghee in a non-stick pan, add poppy seeds and saute for a few seconds. Add coarsely chopped almonds, pistachios, cashew nuts, coconut and dates to it and heat it on low flame.
2) Once all the mixture is combined, keep it on a plate. Apply a little ghee on the palms and tie the ladles while the mixture is still warm.
If possible, the size of the ladle should be small. Because dates are hot, if one ladle and a glass of milk is drunk on it, the body gets a lot of calories.
Notes:
1) Like plain dates, black dates can also be pampered in this way.
2) It can be rolled instead of laddoo
3) Increase the quantity of ghee as required.
