Today I am going to tell you one such quick recipe for Ghee Poori
Materials:
1 cup flour
1/2 cup fine semolina
1 tbsp oil (for Mohana)
A pinch of salt
1/2 tsp cardamom powder
4-5 saffron sticks
Ghee for frying
For cooking:- 1/2 cup sugar and 1/2 cup water
Action:
1) Mix flour and fine semolina and add 1 tbsp of hot oil. Add a pinch of salt and mix with a little water. Keep it covered for 1 hour.
2) Combine sugar and water and cook 2 tari. Add saffron sticks and cardamom powder to the paste and mix.
3) Make small balls of the kneaded dough and roll it all over.
4) Heat ghee and deep fry. Remove on tissue paper. After 4-5 minutes put the Surya pak. Then keep it melted on a plate.
Note:
1) Frying puris in oil instead of ghee will work. But due to ghee, the puris tastes very good.
