Some have no idea what a resume should look like, while others have no idea how to actually find a job.
In today's thread, we will elaborate on the things a fresher should follow while searching for a job.
1) How to find a job as a fresher?
First of all, it is very important to analyse yourself and clarify what skills you have, and in which field your interest lies.
Once you are clear about your skills and interests, make a list of the relevant companies available.
Start networking with industrial people related to your field.

Start attending job fairs and career-related workshops.
Do at least 2 industrial internships before graduation if possible which gives you some idea of how the industry actually works.
2) Common Mistakes in Job Application
a. Prepare your resume and cover letter for each position i.e. in today's competitive job market, make only one resume and use that same resume for all companies.
b. Make sure you meet the qualifications stated in the job description for the job before applying for the job.
c. Study the company's career page, and get proper information about the company's vision, mission, products, and services.

Nowadays, due to excessive use of mobile phones and many other distractions, many people do not leave their mobiles in their hands from the time they wake up in the morning to the time they go to bed. Plan the next day the day before and make a checklist to see if the tasks are being completed or not.
Keep learning something every day especially if you get a job in the IT sector you will have to keep learning some new skills.
Keep updating the resume from time to time and if any changes are required in the resume as per the job description then submit the resume only after making those changes.
Don't forget to check your mail every morning and dedicate some time every day to networking too.
