Blueberry Muffins - Blueberry - Topped Muffins

Blueberry Muffins - Elements:
One cup of maple syrup
a half-cup of cashew-based butter
One-cup apple sauce
Three tablespoons of filtered water and one tablespoon of flax seed powder
1/2 cup organic whole wheat pastry flour; 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
half a teaspoon of sea salt
half a teaspoon of baking soda
One-tsp baking powder
One blueberry cup
Blueberry Muffins - Guidelines:
Prepare 12 muffin pans by lining them with liners and baking at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a large bowl, whisk together sugar, cashew butter, apple sauce, flax mixture, and vanilla extract.
Mix in the baking powder, baking soda, sea salt, and flour, whisking until smooth.
Incorporate the blueberries and stir until evenly dispersed.
Fill muffin tins with a spoonful.
When a toothpick put into the centre comes out virtually clean with a few moist crumbs attached, bake for about 25 minutes.
Before serving, allow it to cool on a rack for at least 20 minutes.
