Corn Pakoda





Maize (sweet corn) can be seen easily in the market today. Today we are going to see a different dish from Maize.


Materials:

2 cups of sweet corn
1 cup gram flour
2 tbsp rice flour
Add 1/2 tsp
1/2 tsp coriander-cumin powder
1/2 teaspoon of turmeric
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp chaat masala
1/2 cup coriander
Leave a pinch
1 medium onion (finely chopped)
Salt to taste
Oil for frying

Action:

1) Crush the corn grains in a mixer.
(Avoid copying.)

2) Combine the flour, cornflour, salt, red chilli powder, cumin powder, and amchur powder. Make sure the flour is fully soaked.
3) Preheat a pan's oil. Fry the vegetables by dropping tiny balls into the oil with a spoon.

Include the chutney with it.

Note: 1) You can use green chillies for the red ones if you'd like.
