Today we have a sweet recipe but a little different than usual. Even small children will enjoy this dish.
Our recipe for today is Champakali (Champakali).

Materials:-

2 cups of flour
1 cup of sugar
1/2 tsp cardamom powder
water
Oil

Action:-

1) Knead a little flour.

Add 2 spoons of oil to it and knead the dough by adding a little water. Cover the dough for 10 to 15 minutes.

2) Make small balls of the dough and roll it like puri

3) Cut vertical slits in the middle of the rolled puri with a knife
Then wrap it and close it from the side.


4) Fry in hot oil on a low flame

5) Take sugar in a bowl.
When the sugar dissolves, take a little more water and make a paste of it.

6) When the pak gets a little cool, mix your Champa kali with the pak
Prepare your champakali.
