4-5 crabs/ Chimbori
All garlic paste 1 tsp
Chilli, Coriander paste 1 tsp
Crush 4-5 garlic cloves
One large onion finely chopped
2 tsp Malvani Masala
1/2 teaspoon of turmeric
salt
3-4 kokum
Distribution: Grind and roast 1 onion and 1/2 cup dry coconut
1 tsp garam masala.
A little coriander

Action:-
1) Clean the chimbore. Cleaning means removing two large stalks of the chamber, dividing the rest of the stalks and straining them to get its water so that the rasha thickens but this is optional. Then cut the chamber from the middle and remove the black bag from it. If the chambers are small, then whole ones will work.
2) Put oil in a pan and fry the garlic. Then fry the onion on it till it turns pink. Now add ginger, garlic paste, turmeric, malvani masala, chimbore, and big thorn and add enough water to submerge the chimbore.
3) Now let it boil for 10 minutes then add garam masala, kokum, salt, and coriander and boil for some time and switch off the flame. Chimbore takes some time to cook, so let it cook for about 15 minutes on a medium flame.
Tips:
1) There are many types of tomatoes. Sea crayfish, farm crayfish, bay crabs, and mountain crayfish are all black. There are many types of chambers in the sea, even coloured ones. Calcium was abundantthis chambermber. These are also hot. Some people are allergic to chilli peppers. But chamber is a feast for children. If there is Chimbora in the meal, it takes at least 1 hour to eat. Moreover, the plate is spread and two hands have to be used for eating.
2) Tomato soup can be made dry. They also make kaalvan by filling it with flour.
While taking Chimbora, you should look closely. If the chambers go in when pressed, they are hollow. 3) Lakh (gaboli is obtained) in filled chamber means gold pe suhagach
4) Around Diwali, small chambers are found in creeks as well as fields near creeks, they are called pandura. These flowers are filled with lacquer inside. Lakh is their gaboli.
