Slices of Surana

Material
Paw Kilo Suran
4-5 teaspoons of semolina
3-4 tbsp oil
4-5 kokum
water

★To twist:
1 teaspoon red chillies
1/2 teaspoon mix masala
A pinch of turmeric
A pinch of salt
2 small spoons of rice flour

Action:-
1) Apply oil to your hands, remove the skin of the suran and cut it into long pieces or thin slices.


2) Take water in a vessel and keep it boiling. Add slices of Suran to it. Once it steams, add kokum and take it out.
3) In a bowl, take out the slices of Surana, add red chillies, mix masala, turmeric, and salt and mix well and keep aside for 20 minutes.
4) Mix in semolina and fry the slices
5) One more method is to mix chilli powder, salt, mix masala, turmeric, and rice flour in semolina and fry it.
