Edible Culture - Chicken Lollipop

Tired of eating sweets every day during Diwali
So let's make chicken lollipops today.
Materials:
8 chicken lollipop sticks (These sticks are available at chicken shops.)
2 eggs
6 split green chillies
1/4 tsp pepper powder
1/4 teaspoon garam masala
1/2 teaspoon chilli sauce
1/2 teaspoon of soy sauce
50 grams of flour
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
Red food colouring (pinch)
1/2 cup of water
1/2 tsp salt
Oil for frying
Action:-
1) Cook the chicken lollipop sticks in 1/2 cup of water. Season it with 1/2 tsp salt.
2) In a bowl, thoroughly mix together green chillies, eggs, flour, salt, food colouring, hot spices, soy sauce, chilli sauce, ginger garlic paste, and water if needed. Comb it into a viscous slurry.
3) Heat oil in a pan. Dip the chicken lollipop stick in the above mixture and fry it in the oil.
4) Serve all with hot vegetable sauce.
Note:
1) You can add 1/4 teaspoon of Ajinomoto to this if you like
I have not used Ajinomoto.
