Today we are going to see one such recipe that is everyone's favourite, Mithai middle Rani Kaju katali.
Let us see the cashew nuts
Materials:
Finely ground cashew nuts
1/2 cup of sugar
1 tbsp ghee
1/4 tsp cardamom powder
water
Silver leaf for decoration
Action:
1) In a non-stick pan take pav pela water add sugar to it and make mixed Pak
2) Add cashew powder to the mixture and mix well
3) Add ghee and cardamom powder to the mixture and knead the whole mixture.
4) Apply ghee to the palpate. Roll a ball of the mixture on it and roll it thickly. Cut the Vadas in the shape of Shankar Palya by applying silver leaf.
Notes:
1) Cashew powder should be very fine. Sift the ground powder with a fine sieve and grind the thick cashew powder again.
2) Adding a little saffron to the kaju katli mixture gives a great colour and taste. Soak 2-3 pinches of saffron in hot milk and crush it with tweezers. Add this to the milk mixture.
