Hello,
Today let's look at Kairi's Panha.
Materials:
1/2 cup of curry powder
2 cups of sugar
1 tsp cardamom powder
A pinch of saffron
Action:
1) Cook a large curry in a cooker. When it cools down, remove the peel and set aside. Filter this gar on a sieve. Sip it with a spoon and filter it thickly.
2) Take this gar in a pan, add sugar and a little water to it, add saffron and cardamom powder and stir. Fill it in a glass jar and keep it in the fridge.
3) Pour 2-3 teaspoons of the mixture into a glass, add cold water, stir and serve.
Note:-
1) Use jaggery instead of sugar
