Happy Kartiki Ekadashi Today let's look at Muga Kadhan
Materials:-
1 big bowl of moong dal
1 cup jaggery
1/2 tsp cardamom powder
1/2 cup cashew nuts
1 cup thick coconut milk
water
A grain of salt
Action:-
1) Heat 5-6 glasses of water in a pan
2) On the other side, roast the mung dal in a pan. When the colour of the dal changes, add hot water and let the dal cook well.
3) Add jaggery. When the jaggery dissolves, add cardamom powder, cashew nuts and a pinch of salt and let it boil well.
If the dal seems thick, add a little water
4) After it boils well, add coconut milk
Stir the mixture well and let it come back to a boil.
