Love Cake

Set oven temperature to 350°F.

Vegetable spray should be used to grease the bottom and sides of a 13 by 9 by 2-inch baking pan.

Shake off extra flour and dust everything. Put aside.

Combine four eggs, water, vegetable oil, one teaspoon of vanilla extract, and cake mix in a sizable mixing dish. Put the fudge package away for later.

Whisk for three minutes, or until thoroughly incorporated, using an electric mixer fitted with a whisk attachment.

Ricotta cheese, 4 eggs, 1 tsp vanilla essence, and 3/4 cup of powdered sugar should all be added to another mixing dish.

Add the chocolate chips.

Mix thoroughly for approximately two minutes.

Transfer two-thirds of the cake mixture into the pan.

Pour the remaining batter over the batter in the pan and stir in the cocoa powder.

Add the cocoa batter and gently swirl to create a marble effect.

After covering the batter with the ricotta mixture, put the pan on the oven's centre rack.

Bake for one hour. A toothpick inserted into the centre of the cake will indicate when it is done.

The cake is done when it comes out clean.

Take the cake out of the oven and leave it to cool completely.

To create the frosting, combine the packet of chocolate custard and cool milk in a large bowl.

Beat with an electric mixer for approximately one minute, or until thick and shiny.

Add the prepared whipped cream and fold gently until thoroughly blended.

After the cake has cooled completely, carefully move it to a pretty presentation tray.

After covering the entire cake with icing, serve.

Keep leftovers cold in the fridge.
