Today let's see Khima Cutlet


Materials:-

1/2 kg mutton kheema

4-5 onions finely chopped

1 cup boiled peas

4 boiled potatoes

3-4 green chillies

1/2 tsp red chillies

2 tbsp ginger garlic paste

1 tsp garam masala powder

1 tsp cumin powder

1/2 tsp pepper powder

1 teaspoon of turmeric

1/2 cup bread crumbs

Juice of 1 lemon

2 eggs

Oil

salt


Action:-

1) Add Khima to the cooker and cook for 5-6 whistles

2) In a pan, add onion, ginger, garlic, chilli paste and saute. When the onion turns pink, add turmeric, garam masala, chilli powder, cumin powder, pepper powder, lemon juice, and salt and saute.

3) Add cooked kheema, peeled potato and peas and saute for 10-15 minutes

4) Once the mixture cools down, make small balls

5) Beat the eggs on the other side. Dip the khima balls in egg and then mix in bread crumbs and fry until golden brown.
