2 medium-sized pamphlets,

1/2 coconut flavour,

3 green chillies,

a teaspoon of turmeric,

10 garlic cloves,

A little ginger, a little mint

A little chopped coriander,

Juice of 1/2 lemon,

1/2 cup rice flour

Oil.

Action:

1) Relation should be kept to fill the pamphlet. The stomach should be cut cleaned and washed.

Horizontal incisions should also be made from above.

2) Make a paste of coconut flavour, chilli, ginger, garlic, turmeric, coriander, mint, lemongrass, and salt and stuff it in a paplet.

3) Gently mix paplet in rice batter and fry in oil.
