Why Roses and Chocolate?

The Chocolate's Richness

Chocolate has always been connected to indulgence and affection.

It's a Valentine's Day favourite because of its rich, delicious flavour.

Chocolate gives cupcakes a rich base that harmonises wonderfully with the subtle taste of roses.

Roses' Beauty

Red roses in particular are the ultimate emblem of romance.

Cupcakes are elevated to a whole new level of elegance and beauty when rose flavour and

petals are added for decoration.

Anniversary Cake - Anniversary Day Beauty is a celebration of love, thus it deserves special treatment.

Cupcakes called American Beauty, which have the traditional flavour combination of chocolate and roses, are a great way to win people over.

You may make these delicious cupcakes with the help of this article, which will make your Anniversary day the most romantic and sugary experience conceivable.

Anniversary Cake - American Beauty Cupcakes makes around sixteen cupcakes.

1.25 cups of whole milk

A single cup of cake flour

AP flour, half a cup

A cup and a half of sugar

One stick, half a cup of unsalted butter that has softened

Dutch process cocoa powder, 3/4 cup, sifted

Melt 1/4 cup semisweet chocolate in two large eggs in the room temperature.

A tsp of vanilla extract

A tsp each of baking powder and rose water

A single tsp of baking soda

1/4 teaspoon salt

Americans Who Taste Like Roses Buttercream

3.5 cups of powdered sugar, sifted

One teaspoon of salt, half a cup of unsalted butter, and softened

One teaspoon of rose water

Add two to three tsp of whole milk food colouring, if desired.

If they need to be preserved, eat them immediately; if not, store them in an airtight container.

Preheat the oven to 350°F.

Sift together the two flours, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.

In a separate bowl, cream butter and sugar. Add eggs gradually, stirring after each addition. Stir in chocolate that has melted. Using a fork, beat in half of the dry ingredients and then half of the milk. Apply the remaining dry ingredients and fold them in using a rubber spatula.

Evenly spoon into two-thirds of the muffin tins.

Before you begin, keep in mind that these cupcakes are best on the Anniversary day they are baked and will dry up soon. A tester put in the centre should

come out clean after baking for 18 to 20 minutes. Before icing, let everything cool fully.

Beat the butter smooth to make the frosting. One cup at a time, add two cups of confectioner's sugar and beat until combined.

Beat in the rose water after adding it.

One cup at a time, add one teaspoon of milk and the remaining powdered sugar while mixing constantly.

As needed, add more milk to achieve the appropriate consistency.

Anniversary Cake - Note:

You should double or triple the above recipe if you enjoy really thick frosting.

You can choose to leave the cupcakes plain or, for an
extra-indulgent look (it is Anniversary day after all), top them with chocolate hearts.

Serve them with Rosa Regale sparkling wine for an extra-special Anniversary Day dessert. A sparkling red wine with berry and rose

overtones is called Rosa Regale, or Regal Rose. It works well with these cupcakes and complements chocolate-based sweets wonderfully.
