Today let's look at sesame seeds


Materials:


1/2 cup peanut butter

1/2 cup grated and roasted dry coconut

1/2 cup sesame seeds

½ cup grated jaggery

1/2 tsp ghee

1/2 tsp cardamom powder


Action:

1) Dry roast sesame on medium flame. And swirl it in the mixer for just a few seconds. Sesame seeds should not be powdered, sesame seeds should be broken in half.

2) Before making vadas, two steel plates should be greased with ghee. Heat ghee in a pan. Add grated jaggery to it. Switch off the gas when jaggery melts. Immediately add groundnut paste, roasted dry coconut, and roasted sesame seeds and mix thoroughly. Immediately add cardamom powder. And knead this thick mixture on a plate greased with ghee and pat it. As the mixture is hot, he should apply ghee to the bottom of a bowl to pat it.

3) After the mixture cools down, the vadas should be made.
