Today let's see Palak Wadi.



Materials:



A pair of parents
1 bowl gram flour
1/2 cup rice flour
1/2 cup coconut
7 to 8 cloves of garlic
5 to 6 green chillies
A little came
Coriander
1/2 teaspoon of turmeric
Red Chilli Powder
1/2 teaspoon sesame seeds
Oil
salt



Action:


1) Wash the spinach and chop finely.
Prepare a portion of coconut, garlic, green chillies, ginger and coriander.

2) Add 3 to 4 teaspoons of prepared beetroot, turmeric, red chilli powder, some sesame seeds and some oil to the chopped spinach. Then add enough chickpea flour, a little rice flour and salt to taste and mix well.

3)Make it into long balls like dough.

4) Oil the inside of a steel sieve and keep the balls in it. 5) Heat water in a pan and steam these balls for 10-15 minutes by placing a sieve on it.

6) After that take it off the heat and after it cools, cut it into a round shape and fry it in oil or fry it. Add some sesame seeds on top.
