Hello,


Tomorrow is Janmashtami. Today I am going to share this recipe for Shri Krishna's offering. Fenugreek leaf vegetable


Materials:-


1 bunch of fenugreek leaves
1 cup desiccated coconut
4-5 green chillies
salt
A spoonful of sugar
Oil


Action:-


1) Clean and wash the fenugreek leaves and chop finely
2) Take 1 tsp of oil in a pan. When the oil gets hot, add chillies, immediately add chopped vegetables and saute. When it gets steamed, add salt and sugar to taste and saute once more. This vegetable cooks quickly. When the vegetable water boils, add coconut. Saute the vegetables once or twice and switch off the gas immediately.


Note:-


1) I did not use onion and garlic in this as it is a vegetable for offering.
If it is to work, onion and garlic should be used in it
2) After adding coconut to vegetables, do not overcook
