Material:-

1 bowl of poha
1 cup desiccated coconut
1/2 cup desiccated coconut
1/2 cup jaggery
Cardamom powder
Nutmeg powder
nuts

Action:-


1) Fry some coconut in a pan and add jaggery
Once the jaggery melts, add the desiccated coconut and cashew nuts and stir 2-3 times.
2) Add poha to it, add cardamom and nutmeg powder and mix the whole mixture
Madhur poha ready.
