Today let's see Nagpuri Pudachi Vadi

Materials:

For the cover:
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup gram flour
2 teaspoons of coriander-cumin seeds
1 tsp chilli powder
1/2 teaspoon of turmeric
2 tbsp oil

Summary:

1 tsp poppy seeds, roasted and powdered
1 medium onion, finely chopped
Crush all 5-6 garlic + 1 inch ginger + 4-5 chillies
1/2 cup of dry coconut flakes, roasted and crushed.

Pick and wash 4 coriander leaves. (Approximately 3 to 3 1/2 cups when selected)
Salt to taste
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp red chillies
1 tsp oil
Oil Blend:
1 tsp oil + 1 tsp sweet masala

Action:

1) Pick the coriander wash it spread it on Pancha and let it dry completely otherwise the vadas will get soft immediately.
When the coriander is dry, chop it finely.

2) Saute onion in 1 tsp oil. Mix coriander, fried onion, poppy seeds, chilli powder, coriander-cumin seeds, ginger-garlic-chilli paste and prepare saran on a plate.

3) Combine flour and gram flour. Add coriander-cumin seeds, chilli powder, turmeric, and 2 teaspoons of hot oil.
Add salt as per taste and mix well with water. Keep covered for 30 minutes.

4) Make balls of the kneaded dough equal to the size of a lemon and roll it thinly into an oval shape. Put a little Godam Masala mixture in the centre and place about 2 spoons of Saran on it in a long and triangular shape.
Both the big sides should be glued on top of each other. Then fold the short sides. Tie it properly otherwise the egg will come out while frying.

5) Heat oil and fry the eggs on low flame. Cut and serve hot.
