Five MMS controversies that stunned the country

1. Priyanka Pandi

Bhojpuri performer Priyanka Pandit found herself at the centre of discussions and intense backlash after a private film purporting to be hers became viral online. The video making the rounds on the internet is an old clip of the performer, according to an ETimes story.

Priyanka has clarified that the young woman in the video is someone else and not herself. She went on to say that there are those attempting to undermine her. Furthermore, rumours indicate that Priyanka should submit an official grievance on the previously described matter.

2. Sherawat, Mallika

Actress Mallika Sherawat found herself in the centre of a heated controversy after a poorly edited video of a Mexican dancer went viral online and led to many confusing her for Mallika. Ultimately, it was discovered that the performer was unrelated to the video.

3. Apte Radhika

Radhika Apte was prohibited from leaving her house for four days after a bootleg video purporting to be of the performance went viral on the internet. Apte had anticipated working in Leena Yadav's Dry as a prostitute. "When an exposed catch of mine spilt, I was savaged harshly and it influenced me," joked Radhika Apte to Grazia. 4. Mona Singh

In a 2013 video, a netizen altered Mona Singh's face using X-ray technology, which became viral on the internet. When people started to acknowledge that the video was real and the performer learnt of it, she made an authoritative statement by stating, "It's really unfortunate that something like this has happened.

Someone has even gone so far as to superimpose another person's face on another person's body. Every naive young woman can do this if it is possible for me. I'm happy that I'm well-known and have public relations expertise.

5. Madhu Trisha Kar MMS

Recently, Bhojpuri performer Trisha Kar Madhu's MMS was leaked online. Madhu used her online entertainment account to analyse the viral video and to provide her explanation, criticising the person who had exposed her private footage.

"Muje gerane k leye meri private video viral kar deye, aap ki Sister k sath koy sadi kar k or aagle racket #suhagrat ka video viral kar de to bariya lage ga na," Trisha Kar Madhu stated in her statement. Bihar is a very small country, yet it is getting closer every day.

Everything is under God's care. The individual that went viral on my private video was him. It would be fantastic if, after your sister's wedding, someone released her first-night video the next day, right?
