Hello,




It is very cold outside and this has added to the cold cough. Earlier, when winter started, the only thing that was made at home was a leak

Let's see how to make a leak


Materials:


Peeled and chopped ginger - 1 cup

2 cups of sugar

1/2 cup skimmed milk

1 tsp ghee


Action:


1) Grind the ginger in a smooth mixer using very little water.

2) Apply ghee on a square barfi tray or plate.

3) Combine grated ginger, sugar and milk in a heavy-bottomed or non-stick pan.

Keep stirring constantly on medium heat. Gradually the sugar will start to melt and solidify.

4) Stir carefully. The mixture will start to come away from the sides of the bowl. It means it is ready. Turn off the gas.

5)Pour the mixture into a tray and cut into cubes with a hot knife. After it cools down, make its patties.

Store in an airtight container.
