Today let's see the secret of the conspiracy

Materials:

3 bowls of chickpea dal cooked water
Masala -
( 2 tsp dry coconut + 1/4 tsp cumin seeds + 2 chillies + 1 clove + 1/2" piece of cinnamon) Roast and finely chop.

teaspoons jaggery
1 1/2 tsp red chillies
1 1/2 tsp goda masala
1/4 tsp turmeric
For splashing- 1/2 tsp mustard, 1/4 tsp asafoetida, 7-8 curry leaves

Action:

1)Add the roasted and split masala to the dal water (cut).

2) Add tamarind pulp, jaggery, red chillies, sweet masala, turmeric and salt.

3) Boil the amati well. Heat oil well in a frying pan. When the oil is hot, add mustard. When the mustard crackles, then add curry leaves and asafoetida and give the amti a break.

4) Cut is a method of doing Amti with Puran Poli.
