Today let's look at the carrot halwa


Materials:

2 bowls of carrot puree
1 cup sugar (more or less as per taste)
1 litre of milk
Eat 1/2 cup
2 tsp cardamom powder
1/2 tsp nutmeg powder
Slice almonds thinly

2 tbsp ghee

Action:

1) Boil milk in a pan

2) Put a piece of carrot in a pan and add a bowl of milk.

3) Add another bowl of milk when steam comes. By doing this, add milk little by little and cook the carrot. Then add khawa and stir. Add sugar and keep stirring.
4) Leave the ghee and return it to one another. If you like cardamom powder, add nutmeg powder.

5) Cut the almonds and take them down. It tastes better hot. It can also be increased by adding ghee and milk.
