Today let's see the chutney of walnuts

Materials:
1/2 cup peanuts (roasted and shelled)
1/3 cup roasted sesame seeds
1/4 cup toasted coconut flakes
1 tsp amchur powder
5-6 red dry chillies
Oil
salt

Action:
Nutmeg chutney


1) Peanuts should be roasted.
Roasted peanut shells have a nice flavour. If not desired, remove the husks.

2) Take 1/3 cup roasted sesame seeds.

3) Dry chillies should be broken and seeds should be removed if less spiciness is desired. Fry them in 1 tbsp oil.

4) Roast the coconut.

5) Combine all the gins in the above quantity and grind them finely on a mixer to make chutney.
