At a time when it is very cold outside, let's try some taste of masala tea, so today we will see how to make tea masala.
Materials:
40 cardamom
25 black pepper
15 to 18 cloves
5 cinnamon sticks (2 inches each)
1 tbsp Sunth powder
3/4 nutmeg grated
Action:
1) Chop cinnamon by hand.
2) Cardamom should be used with a peel
3) Grind all the ingredients in a mixer.
Usage:-
For 4 cups of tea, one and a half to two teaspoons of masala should be used. Add this masala along with tea powder. After boiling the tea, turn off the heat and cover for a minute. Due to this, the flavour of the spice will blend well in the tea.
Note:-
1) The masala can also be made using fresh powder of black pepper, cardamom, cinnamon and cumin. If you like the taste of cinnamon, add a little more.
2) Dried tea leaves, fennel seeds and a small amount of chicory can be added to the tea masala.
