58 constituencies across six states and two Union Territories - including all seven in Delhi - will go to the polls in the sixth phase of the 2024 Lok Sabha elections.In the sixth phase of the Lok Sabha elections, polling will also take place in the Jangalmahal region of West Bengal.
In the first five rounds of the 2024 General Elections, polling has already taken place in 428 Parliamentary Constituencies spread across 25 States and Union Territories.



In Odisha, polling will also be conducted for 42 Assembly seats.

The Election Commission of India has sent 20 special trains for the transportation of security personnel. A few days before the ballot, at least 184 observers - 66 general observers, 35 police observers and 83 expenditure observers - had already reached their constituencies.
In order to deal severely and quickly with any form of inducement to the voters, a total of 2,222 Flying Squads, 2,295 Static Surveillance Teams, 819 Video Surveillance Teams, and 569 Video Viewing Teams are maintaining a 24-hour watch.
