Let's see today Chakli. 


Materials:-


★To prepare the portion

4 bowls of rice

2 bowls of gram flour

1 bowl of urad dal

1/2 cup of gram dal

½ cup cumin seeds

A bowl of coriander leaves


Action:-


1) Clean and wash the rice. Dry it on a cotton cloth.

2) Roast all these gins in a pan on low flame and grind them finely.


★For chuckle



Materials:-


1 cup of chakli roast

1 glass of water

1 tsp asafoetida

2 tbsp white sesame seeds

1/2 tsp Rava

1 tsp red chillies

Oil

salt


Action:


1) Boil 1 glass of water in a pan. Add asafoetida, red chillies, 1 tsp oil, oats, white sesame seeds and salt and stir.

2) When the water boils, turn off the heat, add the chakli bashi and stir. Keep covered for 7-8 minutes.

3) Knead the dough with warm water.

4) Oil should be applied to the surface of the chakali so that the dough does not stick. Fill a ball of chakli flour in the sun and roll the chakly. Fry the chickpeas on medium heat.


Note:-


Sometimes there is a little mess while making the chaklis and they break or get stuck at times hope

★Reasons for softening of eyelashes

1) If the cooking ingredients are undercooked while roasting - all the gins should be roasted well.

2) If the mohan is reduced - add a little oil mohan to the ukdi and knead it.

3) Fry the chaklas on medium heat.

4) If mixing chakli bhajan Akkad with cold water - while kneading bhajan Akkad should always be mixed with hot or lukewarm water.

5) If the chakli batter is soaked softer than required - in that case add some dry baking powder. Knead and grind again.

6) If the chakli is removed from the oil immediately - after putting the chakli in the oil, first there will be many bubbles, then the bubbles will close and the chakli will start to sit down a little, then it should be considered that the chakli is done. Do not remove the chakli from the oil before that.


★Reasons of broken glasses:-


If the bowls break while kneading, it means that the dough has been kneaded more than necessary - use a hand of hot water to knead the dough slightly.


★Reasons for dissolution of chalk when put in oil:-


If the dough becomes too sticky - take a cooking pot (without adding oil), take a small portion of the previously kneaded dough mix it and try it.
