Edible Culture - Banana Shikran
Hello
Babies get tired of eating fruits or bananas. Banana Shikaran is quick to make and can be served immediately with chapatis when kids are hungry. Ripe plantain is sweet in taste, cool, and appetizing. Milk and banana are a complete food for babies. Banana learning is great for weak children.
Materials:
6 bananas (yellow ripe)
1/2 litre of milk
1/4 tsp cardamom powder or vanilla essence
1/4 cup sugar or more if desired
Action:
1) Take a ripe yellow banana, peel it and cut it into small pieces.
2) Take a medium-sized bowl and add chopped banana, milk, sugar, and cardamom powder or vanilla essence and mix well.

Note:-
1) If you want to make shikarana more different then add coconut milk instead of milk, jaggery instead of sugar and cardamom powder also makes shikarana better.
