Many times bananas get spoiled if there are too many or what to do with them, today let's look at a different recipe like Ban Puri or Banana Puri.

Material:-
Bun Puri or Banana Puri


4 cups wheat flour
2-3 ripe bananas
1/2 cup sugar or jaggery
Leave a pinch
A grain of salt
oil water

Action:-


1) Take wheat flour, sugar, soda, salt in a bowl and mash banana in it

2) Take enough water knead all the flour and apply a little oil

3) This flour should be kept aside for about 8-10 hours

If you want to do it in the morning, it should be kneaded the night before

4) After 8-10 hours, make small balls of the dough (keep it a bit thick), roll it and fry it.

Your bun puri is ready

Note:-

1) I have used whole wheat flour here, flour can also be used for these puris

2) The amount of sweetness is up to you, use sugar or jaggery as you want more or less sweetness

3) Bananas will work even if they are overripe
