Christmas is almost here, let's see how to make plum cake

Content-

1 1/2 cups plum slices

1 cup flour

3 beaten eggs

1/2 cup butter

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1 tsp lemon zest

1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence

1 pinch of baking powder

Action:-

1) Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.

2) Grease the cake pan with butter

3) Mix sugar and butter in a bowl. Mix eggs and lemon zest in a separate bowl and then mix it back into the sugar and butter mixture.

4) Add flour, vanilla essence and baking powder to the butter mixture and mix well

5) Take the prepared mixture in a cake pan and place plum slices on it

6) Bake in the oven for 45 minutes.

Note:-

1) Use all the ingredients for the cake at room temperature. Even if it is the same in the fridge, it should be used after it gets cold.
