 Edible Culture - Sesame Ladoo

Hello,

Today let's see sesame lado
Take tilgul and speak sweetly!!

Materials:
Edible Culture - Sesame Ladoo

1/2 kg sesame seeds (polished/ plain)
1/2 kg chick jaggery
1 to 1/2 cup coarsely ground peanuts
1 cup grated and roasted dry coconuts
1/2 cup chickpeas
1 tsp cardamom powder
1 to 2 tbsp ghee

Action:

1) Roast 1/2 kg sesame seeds properly.
Take chick jaggery in a pan. Add some ghee. Jaggery should be cooked. Stir continuously, the jaggery will become frothy after a while when it becomes completely thin.

To see whether the jaggery has been pelleted or not, the jaggery paste should be frothed or the gas should be ground.
Take cold water in a bowl. Add a drop of Pak to it. Take the pak in your hand with your finger and drop it in the bowl of water like a pebble. If the bowl makes a "squeak" sound, then the pak is ready.

2) When the mixture is cooked, add roasted coconut, roasted coconut, gram, cardamom powder and mix well, and heat the pan until it is still hot. While rotating the pan, apply some ghee on the hand so that the hot mixture does not stick to the hand.

Note:

1) If you want, you can add cashew nuts or other dry fruits to the laddu.
