Edible Culture - Wheat Pudding

Today let's see the nutritious wheat pudding
Material:-
A pound of wheat semolina
A pound of jaggery
A litre of milk
A piece of nutmeg
2 tablespoons of poppy seeds
4 Veldode
4-5 sticks of saffron
2 tablespoons chopped almonds and pistachios
Half a bowl of desiccated coconut
2-3 tbsp ghee
Action:
1) Cook wheat semolina in a cooker till 3 whistles by adding half a liter of water.
2) After it cools, add jaggery, coconut, cardamom powder, poppy seed powder, saffron sticks, nutmeg powder, and almond pistachio pieces and cook it on low flame. After cooking until the jaggery is mixed with semolina i.e. after about 5 to 7 minutes, take the mixture down and add milk to it. 3) Spread dry fruit slices and ghee on top for decoration.
This kheer is delicious and nutritious.
Tip:-
1) Preferably make this kheer in jaggery
Black jaggery is best
2) If you like poppy seeds, roast them a little
3) This pudding is very nutritious and can be given to babies
4) Usually this kheer is made with wheat husks, if not available then plain wheat kheer can also be made.
