Today let's look at banana cupcakes
Materials:-
120 grams of flour
A teaspoon of baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
45 grams of refined oil
120 grams of castor sugar
A teaspoon of cinnamon powder
2
mashed bananas
For decoration:-
200 grams of dark chocolate
100 grams of fresh cream
Action:-
1) Sift flour, baking powder and soda together
2) Beat the oil, caster sugar, cinnamon powder, and mashed banana with a blender for 2-3 minutes, add the flour mixture and combine.
3) Line the cupcake moulds with the mixture, filling them just over halfway.
Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.
4)After the cake is cooked, let it cool down a bit.
5) Break the dark chocolate into pieces in a bowl. In a heavy-bottomed vessel, heat the cream on low flame till it boils. Pour hot cream over chocolate pieces and cover for 2-3 minutes.
6) Mix all the mixture and keep it in the fridge for half an hour
7) When the mixture has cooled, fill it into an icing bag and make designs on the cake.
