hello

Let's see Puran poli today

Material:-
3 bowls gram dal
3 cups chopped jaggery
1 cup of sugar
Half a nutmeg
5-6 Veldode
3 bowls of dough
3 spoons of flour
A pinch of salt
A quarter cup of oil
Rice flour

Action:-

1) Clean the gram dal and wash it.

Cook gram dal in a pressure cooker.

2) Strain the cooked dal in a sieve and remove the water. This water is called Puran cut. They do the same with Puranpoli. By cutting the puran, the honeycomb becomes lighter.

3) Put the dal in a thick pot and mash it a little.
Add jaggery and sugar to it and keep it for cooking.

Once the puran is cooked well, it starts to release from the sides of the pan. While cooking, it first becomes thin and then becomes thick.

4) Put a fine mesh plate in the Puranyantra and remove the cooked Puran from the heat and add nutmeg, veldoda powder and divide it through the Puranyantra while it is hot.

5) Sieve the dough and flour with a sieve and add a pinch of salt and a little oil to soak the dough.
After soaking the dough for 2 hours, take it out and wash it well by hand with water.
The oil should be used frequently with water. The dough should be well-kneaded and loose.

6) Make the felt puran evenly by hand. Place rice flour in your hand and take a small ball of dough in your hand.
Take a regular dough ball more than twice the size gently fill it with flour with your hands and close the egg with your hands.

7) Take the batter on the polpata slowly roll the poli and fry it on low flame till it turns pink on the pan. All hives should be made this way.
