Manu-Sarabjot win India’s second medal; Dhiraj loses in Archery RO32 via shoot-off

Olympics 2024 Highlights, Day 4: Manu Bhaker-Sarabjot Singh Clinch Bronze, Archer Bhajan ShinesParis 

Olympic Games 2024 Highlights: Manu Bhaker and Sarabjot Singh won India's second medal by defeating South Korea in the 10m air pistol mixed team bronze medal playoff.

 

Olympics 2024 Day 4 Highlights: Manu Bhaker and Sarabjot Singh shone brightly on Day 4 of medal events at the Paris Olympics 2024 as they clinched the bronze medal in the 10m air pistol mixed team shooting event. The duo defeated South Korea. 


Bhaker became the first athlete in the history of independent India to win two medals in a single Olympics edition. In boxing, Amit Panghal (men's 51 kg - Rd of 16) Jasmine Lamboria (women's 57 kg - rd of 32)  and Preeti Pawar (women's 54kg Round of 16) lost. In archery, Bhajan Kaur reached the Round of 16 in the women's archery individual round event. 


Coming to rowing, Balraj Panwar finished 5th in the men's single sculls quarterfinal. India men's hockey team defeated Ireland 2-0

    Edible culture - Coconut ladoo Hello, As Coconut Full Moon is just around the corner, let's check out our recipe today, Coconut Ladoo. Materials: 2 cups of fine semolina 1 cup desiccated fresh coconut (the white part of the coconut (coconut) should be used) ½ cup of sugar 3 to 4 tbsp ghee 1 cup of water 1/2 tsp cardamom powder A little nutmeg powder Currants Saffron Action: 1) Dry roast semolina on a medium flame for 4 to 5 minutes. Stirring often will prevent the semolina from burning. 2) Take out the paratha's toasted semolina. Stir in the aromatic coconut. Give it ten to fifteen minutes to settle. 3) Fill the pan with ghee. Stir in the melted coconut sesame mixture after adding the ghee. Fry the mixture on medium-high flame for 10 to 12 minutes until the colour turns light brown.
