The documents state that the commercial property is 2,131 square feet (sqft) and costs Rs 32,848 per sqft. It is situated on Dattaji Salve Marg. in Andheri West, Mumbai.

 

Bollywood playback artist Sonu Nigam has sold a commercial property in Mumbai's Andheri West neighbourhood for Rs 7 crore, according to documents obtained by Propstack.

According to the documents, the commercial property is located on Dattaji Salve Marg in Andheri West, Mumbai, and measures 2,131 square feet (sqft) for Rs 32,848 per sqft.

Documents revealed that two individual buyers in Delhi purchased the business property, which included two parking spaces for cars. On June 28, 2024, the sale deed was recorded.

 

Sonu Nigam did not immediately respond to questions Moneycontrol sent regarding the aforementioned development.

 

After obtaining the response, the copy will be revised.

 

Earlier this year, Sonu Nigam's father, Agam Kumar Nigam, spent an excessive Rs 12 crore on an opulent home in Mumbai's affluent Versova neighbourhood.

Sonu Nigam paid Rs 11.37 crore for two 5,547 square-foot commercial premises in Andheri in April of last year.
